DescriptionCircular saucer with a plain rim, rounded sides, and a ribbed or reeded well on a shallow foot ring. The saucer is decorated in overglaze polychrome enamels and gilt. The center of the well features an orange parrot framed by leafy boughs with pink and dark red flowers and gilt berries. Along the rim interior is a thin red line with pendant half-flowerheads and a variety of polychrome flowers. The rim is gilded.Pattern Names: Old Worcester Parrot, Pecking Parrot
