DescriptionCircular, molded and pierced creamware orange or fruit bowl with matching domed lid. The body of the basket and lid are each formed from an interlocking design of bellflower drops and festoons framed by opposing, foliated, C-scrolls. The basket has a border of pierced ovals around its rim and two reeded and twisted loop handles attached on opposite ends of it. It stands on a trumpet pedestal foot molded with a spiral pattern and a laurel wreath border at its lower edge. The lid has a flower knob at top center and a convex lower rim with a repeating pattern of ovals and small beads. Pale cream body with a clear glaze, crazed all over, having a greenish-yellow cast.

MarkingsImpressed on the underside of the foot: "AWH". Impressed twice on the underside of the foot, one in a larger font, one in a smaller: "WEDGWOOD".
