The middle shelf has round edges and sits atop three solid rails and the drawer blade; the bottom edges of the three rails and blade below the drawer are cut out with astragal ends. The drawer front features scratch-beaded edges and a brass pull. The lower, shaped shelf is crossed boards half-lapped at center and to four supports that are set into the legs.
