DescriptionThis is a historical scene of a young George Washington and several other children. In the background is a cabin, while in the foreground are the five young boys. In the center of the image stands Washington, with long hair dressed in a long coat, waistocat, and a shirt with a wide collar, breaking up an argument with arms outstretched between two other boys. To the left of the argument is a boy with a straw hat sitting against a rock facing Washington and another leaning against the same rock.
