DescriptionImage of a sculptural bust of George Washington set on a pedestal. The bust is shown with a coat, a cravat, and a ribbon tying back its hair. Held down by the base of the bust is a sheet with the Constitution printed on it. The pedestal itself is set on the ground and on the front, partially obscured by the Constitution, is a wearth of laurels surrounding an American shield.
