DescriptionPear-shaped, creamware jug with a beaded rim and projecting lip molded with a grotesque mask, a double intertwined beaded-edge strap handle with flower-and-leaf terminals, and a circular pedestal foot with a straight, shallow foot ring. Four, broad, shallow, engine-turned bands run around the body and the foot of the jug at regularly spaced intervals. Pale cream body with a clear glaze, having a yellow cast.
