DescriptionFull bust portrait of George Washington set within a rectangular frame within an interior scene. He is facing left and is wearing a military uniform. The portrait is set in a frame on a wall above a pedestal. To the left, a curtain is draped across a corner of the frame. Set on the pedestal is a Dutch hat, a cylindrical case or baton, and some foliage. On the ground, to the right of the pedestal, is a laurel wreath and a sword.
