Adrian Lamb studied at the Art Students League, Cooper Union in New York and later the Academy Julien in Paris. He is primarily known as a portraitist, and he distinguished himself in copying historic portraits of famous Americans. His works are found in several collections, including the United States Senate, the White House, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Smithsonian Institution.
