DescriptionCircular, thrown saucer with a plain, gilt rim, rounded sides, and a shallow foot ring. The saucer features underglaze cobalt blue decoration. Centered in the well is a right-anchored landscape with two birds in flight above a river flowing between two points of wooded land with buildings. A single-masted ship appears at left. The rim has a trellis with spearhead-and-double-dot border. Very finely potted.Pattern Names: Two Birds, Diving Bird, Nanking.
