DescriptionMolded figure of a seated woman on a square base. She looks down to the viewer’s right and leans her head against her left hand, her left arm resting on a small barrel, and holds a small circular piece of unleavened bread in her right. She wears a white dress with a purple-pink garment draped over her head and sandals; her left breast is exposed. The base of a jar or cruse is visible below the barrel, but the rest has broken off and is missing. Small mounds of ground and foliage cover base. Published References
