DescriptionBookmark composed of rectangular piece of perforated cardboard (Bristol board) embroidered with motto, “Pray Without Ceasing,” in Gothic lettering, framed by a thin undulating border. The card is mounted to a length of purple silk grosgrain ribbon. Motto and border are worked in silk threads, shading from purple to white, with tent stitches in the motto and straight stitches in the border.
